Orders and catalog requests without a U.S. postal code or APO/FPO address are considered to be foreign. Canadian customers must send $3.00 in U.S. funds to receive a copy of our catalog.  Foreign customers must send $10.00 in U.S. funds to receive a copy of our catalog. The catalog is sent via airmail. Foreign customers must write to us for specific pricing and shipping charge information prior to placing an order. All foreign orders must have a minimum value of $100.00.
