PORTER'S EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE

We work with several OEM and independent photo equipment repair centers and can restore your camera, lens, flash and other item to proper working condition.

The first step is to call our Cedar Falls store at 319/266-0303 and ask for the repair cost for your equipment make and model. Much of the cost in having a repair made is the time to disassemble and reassemble the item, so the flat rate charge you’ll be quoted covers the majority of repairs.

The price we quote will include shipping charges, and payment in advance is required. To proceed with getting your item repaired, send it to:

Carefully pack the equipment and include:
  • Your name and address
  • Phone number
  • Amount of repair quotation and date you were quoted
  • Equipment make, model and serial number
  • An explanation of the malfunction
  • A check for the amount of the quotation, or credit card information.
    (Name and billing address of the cardholder along with the card number and expiration date.)
